A caravan haven 'tween the sea and the River Dart

Camping and B&B as well in the beautiful, rolling South Devon countryside

Broadleigh is a 90 acre working farm with sheep, cattle and poultry as well as crops in the fields. We even have our own orchard and make our own Scrumpy cider. Our own eggs and home-made cider are usually available at the farmhouse door and there is a major supermarket just a mile along the road.

30 pitch site

The large size of the field coupled with a limit of thirty vans ensures that there is plenty of space around you. Every pitch has a mains hook-up, there are several drinking water points and TV reception is good. We have a newly built services block with modern toilets, wash rooms and individual showers: heating, ventilation and constant hot water combine with disabled and baby changing rooms, power points, shaver points, launderette, washing machines, ironing, deep sink, dishwashing and clothes line to give you all the convenience of home with the freedom of farm life.  We have a chemical disposal unit; a special dog exercise area is well separated from the children's play area

Caravan Club Site

We have a separate Certified Location with a 5CL certificate for those wanting a little more seclusion, or perhaps to meet with Club friends. The new facilities block is close by and is always open for the use of Club members

Rally Field

For the convenience of rally organizers we have, alongside the others a field with space for 120 vans. Again all facilities are available.

Camping and B&B

In addition to our caravanning fields we have a camping area and we can provide B&B with en-suite facilities in the farmhouse.

All these fields are physically separated by traditional Devon 'bank and hedge' divisions. (When fully grown the fields will even be invisible from each other)
