Tides Reach
Tides Reach is a luxury 5* self-catering holiday cottage superbly positioned by the quayside in the charming village of Stoke Gabriel.
It is a reverse-level whitewashed stone cottage, renovated to an exceptionally high standard in summer 2009, and which has now received 5* rating by VisitEngland, the official tourist board for England.
The upstairs living area has a real ‘wow’ factor, with wonderful views of the water. Through the French windows at the side, you can watch the boating on the creek, through the large windows at the front, you can watch the wildlife on the mill pond. The cottage is light and airy in the summer, and with its wood-burning stove, and full central heating, it is warm and welcoming on cooler days throughout the year.
On the ground floor, Bedroom 1 has views through two picture windows, one looking down the creek, the other across the mill pond. It has a superkingsize double bed, which converts to two full-size single beds, plus ensuite bathroom with overbath shower. Bedroom 2 has views across the mill pond, and has a kingsize double bed, plus ensuite shower room with walk-in shower.
Outside, there is a mini garden, with wooden seating, overlooking the mill pond.
