Appeal against refusal of application for 9 houses at Four Cross Nurseries

LDU Developments have appealed the refusal (unanimous by the South Hams Development Committee) of their application to build 9 houses at Four Cross Nurseries. The Parish Council strongly opposed this application and have already made a representation on the Appeal web-site. Details of the hearing follow. Further to my letter advising you that an appeal had been received, I am now writing to let you know that the Hearing will be held on the 22nd November 2017, in the Cary Room, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE, starting at 10am. The hearing is expected to last for 1 day.

You may attend the hearing if you wish and, at the discretion of the Inspector, you may take part in the discussion.
