Matters raised by Councillors Cllr Ellis asked about the proposal by the play group concemin

shed in the village orchard. It was agreed that this should be defered until the landscape planner visits
the site
with a view to updating the play area. Cllr Bridge advised that she was still working or the lillag
emergency
plan. She had received a request from the lbotball club asking ifthe gathedng point could be
their
new building. Cllr Robinson advised that the club intended to change their name to oblain charity
status and
wished to be a new communitv centre. It was agreed to defer this request until the new buildin
