Situated in the waterside village of Stoke Gabriel, some 4 miles from Totnes
and the towns of Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth.

This fully modernised pretty character cottage with enclosed  terraced
garden, and delightful views over the Mill Pond and River Dart is available
for holiday rent.

Our Devon home has an open plan living room and dinning area with stone
feature fireplace and wood burning stove, TV/video and Hi-fi unit. 2
bedrooms, shower room within the 2nd bedroom plus a family bathroom. Fully
fitted modern kitchen including washing machine, tumble drier, microwave,
electric oven and hob.
Terraced garden including teak garden furniture.

The cottage sleeps 4 but can cope with 6 if the sofa bed is used in the
living room.
