Church of St Mary and St Gabriel

The Mill Pond 

Here you can enjoy refreshments at The River Shack, feed the ducks and swans, watch the children crabbing, walk out to the point where the creek meets the river or just sit and enjoy the tranquility.

The Orchard

The old apple orchard is found close to the church and you can take the path down to the Millpond through the trees where the old custom of wassailing is still performed to bless the apples.

There are many short walks around the village.
